HOME AT LAST – 1855 Harbor Light Lane – After years of visiting St. George Island, the Fritz family is finally “Home at Last” in their charming island escape. This warm and inviting home offers three bedrooms and two baths and an open living/dining/kitchen area which is perfectly appointed to host friends and family. A wall of windows in the main living space offers a panoramic vista of the waterfront, boasting views of both the canal and the Apalachicola Bay. The interior is lovingly decorated with antique furnishings and accessories and each piece has a unique backstory. The expansive screened back porches are the perfect place to relax with a good book and enjoy views of the canal, bay, and flower garden. Mrs. Fritz created the flower garden to be a calming escape where birds can be heard singing and butterflies drift by on the bay breezes. A short stroll out to the end of the dock is rewarded with front row seats to glorious island sunsets. Home at Last is an example of idyllic bayside living.
